Founders
Jasmine and Jack, founders of Polly & Stone are a hairdressing couple looking to bring a worldly approach to your salon experience. We believe in really getting to know you and your hair and thus, have introduced 'P&S Intima' to the salon. This allows for a one on one experience for all specialist colour services and ensures your stylist has sufficient time to discuss, consult, apply and create your dream hair.
Jasmine and Jack started their career back in London at the age of 16, they both studied intensely at one of London's leading hairdressing academies and fell in love with their craft very early on. By the age of 18, they had already excelled into competition work in the UK, finalising for the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards and L'Oreal Colour Trophy, along with working backstage on high end designers shows during London Fashion Week.
2012 was a year for the history books when Jasmine successfully won the Newcomer of the Year award at the British Hairdressing Awards. This sparked a brief change in direction to further explore the world and take on new challenges which later led to a move to the beautiful city of Sydney.
After 6 years in Sydney working in top salons and alongside leading Haircare companies, Jasmine and Jack embarked on the next chapter of their career by opening the long awaited Polly & Stone Hair Salon.
Polly & Stone has been a dream for a long time from the very beginning of their career, throughout their extensive travel and now coming to life in 2021.
Polly & Stone is a salon which combines a dreamy high-end experience alongside beautiful hair, wellness, relaxation and privacy - almost hotel-like with its vivacious hospitality vibe.
